Smart Sub Safe helps you track subscriptions, bills, trials, budgets, and reminders. Your subscription records are stored locally on your device. The app uses Google AdMob to show ads and may use a network request to fetch currency exchange rates.

2. Information You Provide in the App
Smart Sub Safe lets you enter subscription and bill information such as:
- Subscription or service name
- Price, currency, billing cycle, and renewal date
- Category, notes, active status, and trial end date
- Monthly budget and app settings such as theme and base currency
This information is stored locally on your device using app storage. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your subscription list.
3. Advertising and Google AdMob
Smart Sub Safe uses Google AdMob to display app open, banner, interstitial, and native ads. Google and its partners may collect and process information from your device to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide or improve advertising services.
Information processed by Google advertising services may include the app name, device information, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data. Depending on your device settings and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

4. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, the app may ask for your consent before requesting personalized ads. You may also use the in-app Privacy Choices option when it is available. You can control ad personalization through your device settings and through Google Ads Settings.
5. Currency Exchange Requests
If the app fetches currency exchange rates, it may make a network request to an exchange-rate service. That service may receive technical information such as your IP address and the requested base currency as part of normal internet communication.
6. Notifications
Smart Sub Safe can schedule local renewal and trial reminders on your device. Notification scheduling is used only to remind you about the subscription information you saved in the app. You can disable notifications in the app settings or device settings.
7. How We Use Information
The app uses locally stored information to:
- Show your subscription list and upcoming bills
- Calculate monthly totals, budgets, and analytics
- Schedule renewal and trial reminders
- Remember your settings and preferences
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your subscription records. We do not share your locally stored subscription records with our own server. Third-party services, including Google AdMob and any exchange-rate provider used by the app, may process information as described in their own privacy policies.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Subscription records and settings remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, or uninstall/clear the app data. Because this data is stored locally, deleting the app or clearing app storage removes the app's local records from that device.
10. Security
We use local app storage for your subscription records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the app is designed to keep your subscription records on your device rather than sending them to a developer-operated backend.
11. Children's Privacy
Smart Sub Safe is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the concern.
12. International Users
Third-party services used by the app, such as Google AdMob, may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their applicable privacy terms and policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, operational, or third-party service requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date.
