Pet Paw ("we", "our", or "the App") helps users manage pet profiles, reminders, health records, care schedules, nearby services, maps, and ad-supported app features.

- Pet information, such as pet name, type, breed, birthday, weight, gender, notes, vet details, vaccination records, medical records, feeding schedules, grooming tasks, and reminders.

- Location information when you grant location permission, used for maps and nearby pet services.
- Notification data, such as reminder settings, notification preferences, and device notification tokens where applicable.
- Device and usage data, such as app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, device type, advertising identifiers, and analytics data.
- Advertising data collected or processed by Google Mobile Ads to show and measure ads.
Pet Paw does not process payments or collect credit card information.

- To show ads that help keep Pet Paw free.

Third-Party Services
Pet Paw uses third-party services that may process data according to their own privacy policies, including:
- Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging.
- Google Sign-In.
- Google Maps Platform.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
Location, Camera, and Photos
Pet Paw only accesses location, camera, or photos after you grant permission. Location is used for maps and nearby services. Camera and photos are used when you choose to add pet images or records.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the App, including Firebase, Google Maps, Google Sign-In, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, notifications, and advertising services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the App, or our legal rights.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request account and data deletion by contacting us. After a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize account-related data within a reasonable time unless we must keep limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including secure transmission where supported. However, no app or online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Pet Paw is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
International Users
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country. By using Pet Paw, you understand that your data may be processed where our service providers operate.
