Childhood Technology Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates Kettle Match: Triple Tile, a puzzle game.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the game.

1. Data Collection

Kettle Match: Triple Tile does not require you to create an account or log in to play.

The game uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertising. Firebase Analytics is included in the app but is disabled by default and is unavailable unless it is configured for the applicable app installation.

The current version does not include crash-reporting services, purchases, cloud synchronization, or account-login services.

2. Local Gameplay Data

The game stores certain gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be restored.

This may include:

• Completed levels
• Best scores
• Your current unfinished puzzle
• Current board and tray state
• Undo history
• Available helper counts
• Sound preferences
• Haptic preferences

This gameplay snapshot is stored on your device using local app storage. It is not a cloud save service.

3. Advertising

Kettle Match: Triple Tile uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, advertising-related information, app interactions, and other technical or diagnostic information, depending on the configuration of the app, device, operating system, and applicable Google services.

The purpose of this processing may include providing, measuring, personalizing, and maintaining advertising services, subject to Google's applicable policies and settings.

The game may display an interstitial or app-open advertisement, including when returning to the app after it has been in the background. An advertisement may therefore appear while an unfinished level exists.

4. Analytics

Firebase Analytics is included in the application but is disabled by default.

If Firebase Analytics is enabled and configured in a future release, it may process information relating to app interactions, gameplay events, device information, and diagnostic or operational information as described in Google's Firebase documentation.

Any future activation or material change to analytics functionality will be reflected in the applicable app configuration and, where appropriate, this Privacy Policy.

5. Support Requests

The game may provide an optional support request feature.

If you choose to send a support request, the message you submit is transmitted to Formspree for processing.

You should avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in a support request. If you voluntarily include personal information in your message, that information may be processed by Formspree and by us for the purpose of responding to your request.

Sending a support request requires an internet connection.

Formspree may process and retain submitted information according to its own privacy policy and terms. Please review Formspree's current privacy documentation for details about its processing and retention practices.

6. Information We Do Not Request Through Device Permissions

The current version of Kettle Match: Triple Tile does not request permissions for:

• Location
• Contacts
• Camera
• Microphone
• SMS
• Call logs
• Health data
• Nearby-device access

The app also does not provide cloud synchronization or account-based gameplay in the current version.

7. Children's Privacy

Kettle Match: Triple Tile is currently not configured as a child-directed application.

If the intended target audience or app configuration changes, we will review the applicable privacy requirements, advertising configuration, store declarations, and this Privacy Policy before release.

8. Third-Party Services

The current version of the app integrates third-party services, including:

• Formspree for optional support requests

These third parties may process information according to their own policies and service configurations.

The current version does not include crash-reporting services, payment services, account-login services, or cloud-save services.

Local gameplay data is stored on the user's device using the application's local storage mechanisms.

Local gameplay data generally remains on the device until it is removed by the user, the application is uninstalled, or the application's local data is otherwise cleared.

Information submitted through the optional support form may be retained and processed by Formspree and by us for support purposes, subject to the applicable service's retention practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's features, SDKs, data practices, or legal requirements change.

If future versions introduce features such as purchases, crash reporting, cloud saves, account systems, or other online services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.
