Childhood Technology Ltd provides Arrow Puzzle Original. This Privacy Policy explains how the game and its service providers handle information when you use the game.

Your Game Progress

The game saves level progress, scores, stars, hint balance, and preferences on your device. No account is required, and the game does not provide its own cloud-save service.

Your operating system may back up or restore app data according to your device settings and operating-system features.

Advertising

The ad-enabled version of Arrow Puzzle Original uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The advertising SDK may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

The game requests non-personalized advertisements where configured. Non-personalized advertising may still involve limited data processing for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention.

Where required, applicable consent choices are presented to users. Available advertising privacy choices may also be accessible through the game's settings or the relevant device privacy controls.

Rewarded hints and revives are optional. Other advertisements may appear on menus or at natural breaks in gameplay.

Arrow Puzzle Original does not intentionally collect analytics or crash-reporting information through Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics unless these services are enabled in a future release. Game progress stored locally on your device remains there until the app data is deleted, the application is uninstalled, or the operating system otherwise removes the data.

Clearing the app's storage generally removes locally stored game progress. Operating-system backup and restore features may affect how app data is retained or restored.

Removing the app or clearing its local data does not necessarily delete information that may have been processed by advertising service providers. Their retention and deletion practices are governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable controls.

Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain support records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Audience

Arrow Puzzle Original is intended for a general audience. The app does not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from users.
